We'll send you our Clockwork Espresso exclusively with this subscription. Clockwork is one of our longest running and most popular espresso projects.  The goal is to continually select coffees to complete a balanced, cost competitive espresso that tastes great and is easy to work with. While the name is constant, the components change seasonally.

You can select a size (12 oz., 2.5lb., or 5lb.) and an interval, and we'll get you slotted into the next roast day!
